Hand rolled zipped screens are great as waterproof blinds for balcony, patio and deck areas. The sides and top are anchored to the posts and beams with powder coated aluminium angles, closing the gaps for a watertight finish. Sunshade mesh options are available as an outdoor balcony privacy screen and they come in a variety of colours to match your house or deck design. 1. PVC SPECIFICATION FOR HAND ROLL STYLE SCREENS

Achilles Vinistar Super Clear is a clear PVC, manufactured using a calendered process. It has extremely high transparency, around 90% filtering of harmful UV radiation, and high weather resistance (including against frost). It is made in Japan. Available 137 cm wide in 0.75 mm thickness. We use it for our Cafe style and Hand roll outdoor blinds.

Aspect Atmosphere External Blind Mesh is our most popular one.

It has optimal visibility (3% Openness factor), breathability , glare reduction and it is fire, salt water and mildew resistant.

Anti-bacterial and anti fungal treatments, formaldehyde free content.

It is made from - 30% polyester, 70% PVC

Weight 550 g/m2, Thickness 0.70 mm, UV Ratio Up to 90% block out

Available in 19 colours.

3.TRIM l BORDER - POLYSTAR PREMIUM

We use trim or borders for our Cafe style and Hand roll screens. Polystar Premium is a woven polyester fabric with a flexible PVC coating on both sides. Polystar Premium is a very versatile PVC with excellence UV resistance. Available in 10 colours.

4.ROPE TRACK AND ANCHOR CLIPS FOR HAND ROLL SCREENS

Rope tracks are used to anchored hand roll screens to side posts or walls. It can be powdercoated in the Dulux range colours. The anchor clips give an extra support at the bottom of the screens and made from high grade stainless steel 316.
