CAFE STYLE OUTDOOR SCREENS
Cafe style screens and patio blinds are custom made using the highest quality clear or tinted outdoor PVC, or a wide range of mesh fabrics. Outdoor roller blinds can be used as waterproof blinds for balcony, patio or deck areas; also for cafe, restaurant and bars. Alternatively, the outdoor sun shade roller blinds are ideal as a privacy screen - simply pull down the sunshade for patio privacy or roll up the blinds or shade cloth when they're not needed.
Minimum measurement for the screen is 500 mm x 500 mm, maximum is 3 500 mm x 2 500 mm.

1. PVC SPECIFICATION FOR CAFE STYLE SCREENS
Achilles Vinistar Super Clear is a clear PVC, manufactured using a calendered process. It has extremely high transparency, around 90% filtering of harmful UV radiation, and high weather resistance (including against frost). It is made in Japan. Available 137 cm wide in 0.75 mm thickness. We use it for our Cafe style and Hand roll outdoor blinds.
2. MESH SPECIFICATION FOR CAFE STYLE SCREENS
Shade View Mesh - Urban
cleverly diffuses light, lends a pared-back finish and optimizes views but it still protects you and your home from the elements like harsh wind and rain. Wave 2x2 construction Denier Polyester yarn with weight 573 gsm2.
Available in 15 colours across the range.
Fire retardant, Mildew resistant, 5% Openness factor
Up to 97% UV Block and up to 96% wind and rain block
Can be used for Urban Track, Ziptrak, Cafe style and Hand roll screens.

3.TRIM l BORDER - POLYSTAR PREMIUM
We use trim or borders for our Cafe style and Hand roll screens. Polystar Premium is a woven polyester fabric with a flexible PVC coating on both sides. Polystar Premium is a very versatile PVC with excellence UV resistance. Available in 10 colours.

4. MOUNTING BRACKETS AND ANCHORS CLIPS
Our mounting brackets are made from high grade stainless steel, available in two sizes 65 mm and 80 mm. Gear box is made from aluminium and comes in three colours - white, grey and black. The ratio is 7:1 (mm). The anchor clips are also made from high grade stainless steel.

5. MOTORISED OPTION - ALPHA MOTOR WSER40
For all our outdoor motorised products we use ALPHA motors, which come with a 7 year replacement warranty, electronic or mechanical limit switch, built in receiver, wireless limit setting, external antenna’s and remote control.
