SHIPMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPMENT AND DAMAGE

All in-stock items (non-made to measure items) are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Our standard delivery services for New Zealand are Fastway (Aramex) Couriers or Owens. To process a successful claim any damaged shipment must be reported within 24 hours from delivery time, by emailing roman@rollerflex.co.nz (please include pictures).

2. PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Rollerflex ASB Limited accepts and ships physical product orders only to customers within New Zealand. No shipments can be made to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses, or addresses outside of New Zealand.

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a pre made (not made to measure) product, please email: roman@rollerflex.co.nz for a Return Product request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to 106 Mountbatten Ave, Hillcrest,Auckland 0627 within 14 calendar days of the receipt. All physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Within 7 days of receipt of your product:

  1. Email: roman@rollerflex.co.nz to make a claim.

  2. If you received a physical product, ship the unopened product to 106 Mountbatten Ave, Hillcrest,Auckland 0627

  3. If Refund is confirmed by Rollerflex ASB Limited, it will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the confirmation date.

 

 

5. Please note that Rollerflex ASB Limited does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for products:

  1. Products which are custom-made to suit only your specification.

  2. Products which are damaged.

  3. Products that were acquired for free (not for resale), including trial versions or other products

  4. Shipping charges for freight in New Zealand.

 

 

6. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Rollerflex Made to Measure Products

Please unpackage and check all products when you receive them, Rollerflex ASB Limited won't honor any claims out of the statutory claim period. If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Rollerflex ASB Limited made to measure product, please email: roman@rollerflex.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the product. Such a defect, if any, may be covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. If you believe your parcel was damaged in transit we need to have this brought to our attention as soon as you receive the item, as we cannot lodge a claim with the freight company otherwise.

 

7. NOTE: ROLLERFLEX ASB LIMITED RECOMMENDS THAT YOU:

  1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and

  2. Either insure your package for safe return to Rollerflex ASB Limited or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

  3. If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Return & Refund Policy terms subject to change without notice.
