1. ACCEPTANCE

A deposit indicates acceptance of Conditions of Sale. A deposit is non-refundable. Your acceptance authorizes us to proceed and the order cannot be cancelled later.Upon receipt of the purchaser’s acceptance of the quote, Rollerflex ASB Limited reserves the right to review before commencement. Any furnishings or any mountings must be removed by the customer prior to the installation of our products, otherwise un-installation/removal charges will apply. An order or quotation is given on the basis that all work is carried out during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged or quoted for. Installation is usually done during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Please arrange access accordingly. If any instruction is received by the Company from the Buyer for the supply of products and/or services, it shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions herein. Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions by the Buyer, the terms and conditions are definitive and binding.

2. QUOTATIONS & PRICES

​

Any invoice or quotation is subject to corrections for clerical or mathematical errors. The price in the final quote may vary from the original requests and may change if there are any price, size and/ or product changes different to that of the quotation. Our quotation is for the supply of products with or without installation, or other goods as specified on the quotation. The quotation does not include other work unless specified in an agreement. This quotation is complete and no changes, amendments or modifications shall be made to this quotation without a separate new quotation from us. When a special price or discount offer has been applied to this quote, no other special promotion, discount or bonus offer will be applicable. Any discounts given on the quote are usually worked out based on the overall quote amount. If there’s any significant changes to the overall quote amount at the time of order the discount may also be changed to reflect it. In the event that products in the quote are subjected to any price and supply fluctuation that is outside of our control we reserve the right to update the price and product in the quote accordingly. If the product has undergone a price drop or price increase, the quote will then be adjusted accordingly. If there is a product that is no longer available, the product will then be replaced or substituted based on customer’s request and is subject to their final approval.

Unless stated in the quotation the customer is responsible for the following costs:

• Altering quantity to quoted quantity.

• Service Charges/Call-out fee where the invoice value is less than the minimum determined by Rollerflex ASB Limited supplying the goods.

• Expenses incurred by Rollerflex ASB Limited due to cancellation of the order.

 

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Rollerflex ASB Limited reserves the right, prior to commencement of order, delivery and installation, to require from the purchaser:

​

• A deposit of at least 50% to confirm your order.

• Full Payment of the balance paid in full before the provision of services/goods described in the quote. 

• The balance owing on the order is due once the order is available for installation (the booking of installation or pick-up of order can only be made after the order has been paid in full). 

• If full payment has not been received before the installation date we have the right to cancel the appointment.

 

The method of payment will be made by direct credit, or by cheque or by Visa / Mastercard or by any other method as agreed between Buyer and Rollerflex ASB Limited. Cheques must be made payable to Rollerflex ASB Limited.                            

Bank Detail: ASB Bank 12-3072-0133623-00. Please put your full name with Quote number or Invoice number as reference. Interest may be charged on all overdue accounts. Any penalty interest charges are at the annual and monthly rates as set out below. Penalty interest is exclusive of GST. Annual Rate  18.00% , Monthly Rate 1.5%. Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due. If the buyer owes money the seller, the buyer shall indemnify the seller from and against all costs and disbursements incurred by the seller in recovering the debt ( including but not limited to internal administration fees, legal costs for a solicitor and own client basis, the collection agency costs , and bank dishonor fees).

4. RESERVATION OF TITLE

​

Ownership and title of the goods remains with Rollerflex ASB Limited until the purchased price and all other monies owing by the Buyer have been paid in full.

5. DISCLAIMER

​

• Measurements

Rollerflex ASB Limited has no responsibility for the measurements carried out by customers. The customer takes all responsibility for providing correct measurements and product details.

​

• Colour Accuracy

Every effort is made to duplicate the colour and texture of the product when scanned for website use; however colours and texture may not be the true likeness when scanned and may not provide an accurate representation of the shade or texture.  We recommend ordering a sample of the product before placing an order.  If you choose to place an order without checking a sample, Rollerflex ASB Limited will not be held responsible for wrong product choice.  The product CANNOT be returned as it is a custom made product.  Please be certain regarding a colour or texture before placing an order and request samples where necessary.  Any product sold online may not show the true representation of the product.

• Order Changes

If you place an order and want to make changes, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.  Inform us as soon as possible.  A confirmation email may be required of the changes requested thereafter. Changes may not be possible at a later stage. If the product has been manufactured and completed, changes CANNOT be made.

• Lead-Times

Manufacturing times are not standard and vary depending on the product ordered, therefore lead-times may vary.  Lead-times are dependent on product availability and upon carriers.   Rollerflex ASB Limited will not be held responsible for delayed delivery of product due to a carrier delay or due to public or bank holidays.  Such issues are out of our control.

• Cancellation / Return Policy:

Rollerflex products are all made to measure, they are custom made and cannot be resold, so therefore cannot be returned for any reason. Rollerflex highlights the importance of checking the order confirmation that is sent to you once we process your order.  Any changes or queries regarding the order should be flagged before you confirm that you are happy to proceed with the order.  It is your responsibility that the product chosen and the colour selected are correct.​

6. WARRANTY

​

Under this warranty, Rollerflex ASB Limited warrants to the original purchaser ”customer” but not a third party that the frame be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper use during the warranty period. Rollerflex ASB Limited agrees to repair at our facility or replace free (at our option) any hardware or component part. Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.

​

All our products carry a 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty except Magnetic Insect Screens which carry a 12 months warranty.  Warranty covers all internal mechanisms, components and workmanship. Warranty is only valid on products that are fully paid.

Warranty does not cover conditions stated below:

​

• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear including discoloration and fading over time.

• Damage due to faulty installation by purchaser/third party, re-installation, service, altered parts; failure to adhere to our instructions in respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance

• Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.

• Caused by nature, such as acts of God, ice, snow rain, high winds, gales, hurricanes, tornadoes, vandalism, neglect, fire, use of which the equipment is not intended, weights or loads

• Shipping charges, cost of removal, call-out or labor fee and re-installation is not included.

No claim shall be accepted under such warranty if any attempt to repair the defective goods is made by any person not authorized by the Company, or if the defective goods have been modified or incorrectly stored, maintained or used. If the company elects to repair or replace any defective goods, such work shall be undertaken at such place as the Company may reasonably specify the Buyer shall be responsible at its cost and risk for shipment of the defective goods to the place specified. Further, this warranty is null if product is not fully paid for in a timely manner according to the payment terms, or proof of purchase cannot be provided.

7. LIABILITY

​

Rollerflex ASB Limited shall not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the Buyer as a result of any breach of any of the Company’s obligations under the contract, including any cancellation or the contract or any negligence on the part of the company, its agents or contractors, nor shall the Company be liable for any loss, damage or injury caused to the Buyer’s servants, agents, contractors, buyers, visitors, tenants, trespassers or other persons. The Buyer shall indemnify the Company against any claim by any such person.

Awning fabric quality: Due to the nature of the fiber, once mounted on the structures, the acrylic fabrics can show small irregularities, sometimes erroneously considered imperfection.
