Rollerflex has no responsibility for the measurements carried out by customers. The customer takes all responsibility for providing correct measurements and product details.
Every effort is made to duplicate the colour and texture of the product when scanned for website use; however colours and texture may not be the true likeness when scanned and may not provide an accurate representation of the shade or texture. We recommend ordering a sample of the product before placing an order. If you choose to place an order without checking a sample, Rollerflex will not be held responsible for wrong product choice. The product CANNOT be returned as it is a custom made product. Please be certain regarding a colour or texture before placing an order and request samples where necessary. Any product sold online may not show the true representation of the product.
If you place an order and want to make changes, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Inform us ASAP. A confirmation email may be required of the changes requested thereafter. Changes may not be possible at a later stage. If the product has been manufactured and completed, changes CANNOT be made.
Manufacturing times are not standard and vary depending on the product ordered, therefore lead-times may vary. Lead-times are dependent on product availability and upon carriers. Rollerflex will not be held responsible for delayed delivery of product due to a carrier delay or due to public or bank holidays. Such issues are out of our control.
Cancellation / Return Policy:
Rollerflex products are all made to measure, they are custom made and cannot be resold, so therefore cannot be returned for any reason. Rollerflex highlights the importance of checking the order confirmation that is sent to you once we process your order. Any changes or queries regarding the order should be flagged before you confirm that you are happy to proceed with the order. It is your responsibility that the product chosen and the colour selected are correct.
